Based in Samarkand, Uzbekistan
QA Engineer currently freelancing, testing web, mobile, and API applications. I'm looking for to land a permanent role. My next big step is diving deep into QA automation and SDET territory to make testing faster and more efficient.
Hi, I'm Elyor. I'm 19 years old and started my journey in software engineering about two years ago. I initially gained a foundation in backend development at Mohirdev and touched upon DevOps at School 21, but I soon realized I would do better in QA than building backend or working with server
This realization led me to shift my entire focus to QA engineering. I continued my path at School 21, where I successfully completed the full manual testing curriculum. I found that QA offers incredible opportunities to deeply understand product quality from the inside out.
Today, I actively apply my knowledge to real-world products through freelancing, open-source projects, and platforms like uTest. I cover web, API, and mobile testing—specializing in writing comprehensive test cases, designing test plans, and catching critical bugs before they ever reach production.
To future-proof my career, I am currently leveling up my skills in test automation, with the ultimate goal of transitioning into an SDET role.
Conducting exploratory testing and bug hunting on various open-source projects. Responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, documenting clear bug reports, and helping developers improve software stability.
I'm studying at School 21, where I've improved my soft skills and made great friends. It's taught me teamwork, communication, and how to learn effectively, more than just technical skills.
I studied Backend Engineering at Mohirdev, where I learned the basics of Python and worked with frameworks like FastAPI and Django. During this time, I also gained experience with PostgreSQL for handling databases. The program helped me understand how backend systems are built and structured.
